Lemon
-The citric acid in lemon juice acts as a stimulant to your digestive
system and can help flush toxins from your body. Squeeze fresh lemon juice into
a glass of water every morning.
Milk- Take one glass of warm milk empty stomach.
(After morning tea). This is the most effective way to cure constipation.
Curd- Take one bowl of curd empty stomach. (After morning tea). This gives relieve in
constipation.
Walk-Even a daily 15-minute walk can help move food through your bowel more quickly. If you feel sleepy after a heavy meal, you may walk for 15 minute.
Water-Make sure you drink enough fluids. Most
adults should try to drink between 8 and 10 glasses of water or no caffeinated
beverages each day. Consume oranges every
day. These are rich in vitamin C as well as fiber.
Fruits-Include fruits, vegetables, and fiber in
your diet each day. Have a bran muffin or bran cereal for breakfast, and try
eating a piece of fruit for a mid-afternoon snack. Take an Apple every day for
curing constipation
Flax seed -Flax seed has many medicinal
properties along with tons of fiber and omega-3 fatty acids. Also, flax seed has
a laxative property, which can be very useful in curing mild to very serious
cases of constipation. For better taste you may roast Flax seeds.
