1. Love- Love is the key
point for your happiness, because whenever lack of love is there your happiness
index will go down. I t is the base for your happiness. So love everything
around you, the people, the place, don’t hate anything. Because if you are filled
with love, you will be peaceful & happy. Thus love covers peace &
happiness also.
2. No jealousy- Jealousy
is negative energy, it reduce happiness, so avoid it.(It has no effect on the
person to whom you are jealous)
3. No Anger- It is most
dangerous thing as it is 1 letter less than danger. It has negative effects on
body & creates so many diseases. As Buddha said-“Holding on to anger is
like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you
are the one who gets burned.”
4. Positive thoughts- Change your thoughts and you change your world. We are shaped by our
thoughts; we become what we think. When the mind is pure, joy follows like a
shadow that never leaves. It is all about your mental status only, your
thought, your feelings. If you have lot of money and all physical comfort in
your life, but you are always afraid of income tax raid, will it work for your
happiness? So your mind should be peaceful & with positive thoughts for
enjoying happiness.
5. You are responsible for your happiness- This is true because no one else can give you
happiness. HAPPINESS is a CHOICE. You are the only person who can Make You
Happy. You are responsible for your own HAPPINESS. If you expect others to make
you happy, you will always be disappointed.
